Walhalla Star Hotel, 4 star accommodation in the centre of the Historic Village. Walhalla's Star Hotel features 12 suites. All rooms have ensuites with a King sized bed or two single beds and either open onto a verandah (1st floor) or the cottage garden (ground floor). Double / twin or single rooms are available. | ||
| Contribution To Conservation | ||
Work alongside Parks Victoria in threatened species recovery monitoring for the four large Forest Owls including; Powerful, Barking, Masked and Sooty Owl. Between 4-6 hours each evening will be spent out in the field. The Forest Owl Monitoring program is managed by Parks Victoria. Activities involve; owl playbacks for response, listening and recording and spotlighting. | ||

2WD commuter bus with air conditioning and forward facing seats. | ||
| Itinerary | ||
Day 1 Travel to Walhalla for an introduction to the program, conduct night owl monitoring activities. D Day 2 Guided tour through Walhalla Historic Village and guide walk in Baw Baw National Park. During the evening Day 3 Breakfast and depart for Melbourne. Expected arrival time is 12.30pm. B B - breakfast L - lunch D – dinner
