This is a special opportunity to experience close encounters with the rare and beautiful Eastern Barred Bandicoot.  Now considered extinct in Victoria’s wild, the survival of the species depends on the successful reintroduction of captive populations.  Join the Eastern Barred Bandicoot Recovery Team to check traps and record data on the local population at the Hamilton Community Parklands captive recovery site.  At the end of a rewarding day, relax at our accommodation base overlooking the
spectacular Southern Grampians National Park.
