The Encounter Cape York 7 day package is $4499 per person twin share for CVA members and $4999 for non-members.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

  • Package is 6 nights in duration and begins on a Saturday and ....ends on a Friday.
  • Tour operates with a minimum 3 ppeople, maximum 8 people
  • Children's pricing is available on application, however the ....Encounter Cape York package is not suitable for children under 8 ....years of age.
  • Encounter Cape York runs on scheduled departure dates. See ....above for dates.
  • Alternative dates may be available for group bookings and ....private charters.
  • Whilst every endeavour is made to keep our pricing consistent, ....outside influences beyond our control may incur price variations ....without notice.
  • In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to run our ....charter or activities may change to that which is described.
  • We reserve the right to combine departure dates together ....should cancellation of bookings effect numbers falling below ....required minimum number.

 

Payments

To secure your booking a $1,000 deposit is required. Bookings must be confirmed and the balnce paid 30 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellation 30 days or more prior to departure date - a full ....refund less a $50 per person administration fee will be made.
  • Cancellation between 15-30 days prior to of departure date - a ....50% refund will be made to the client, less the $50 ....administration fee.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days prior to charter - no refund will be ....paid.
