Booking terms and conditions

To secure your booking full payment is required. Conservation Volunteers Australia will charge the following fees in the event of booking cancellations:  

• The minimum cancellation fee is a $25 per person administration fee
• Cancellations made 14 - 8 days prior to the program departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the program departure date will incur a 100% cancellation fee
• This program operates with a minimum of 4 people and maximum of 10 people
• We reserve the right to cancel departure dates should booking numbers fall below required minimum numbers.  A full refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation due to minimum program numbers not being reached.
