Booking terms and conditions

To secure your booking a $200 deposit is required. Full program payment is required 30 days prior to the program date.                           

In the event of a cancellation:

  • The minimum cancellation fee is a $200 per person administration fee
  • Cancellations made 30 - 15 days prior to the program departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the program departure date will incur a 100% cancellation fee
  • A cancellation fee is payable within 14 days of the cancellation
  • This program operates with a minimum of 4 people and maximum of 8 people
  • Fare is non refundable should you fail to join the tour or leave the program at any time
  • Tour departures are subject to a minimum number of participants. CVA and DEC reserve the right to cancel any program in the event of minimum numbers not being reached, or due to bad weather conditions deeming boat travel to the island unsafe. In these instances your full deposit, or program payment, will be refunded.
