Accommodation

Our accommodation is basic but comfortable, offering either hostel rooms or cabins.  Room type descriptions:-

• Dorm room: shared bunk accommodation up to 4 people. Communal shower and toilet area within the bunkhouse complex.
• Hostel twin/double room:  Private twin or double room (double bed cannot always be guaranteed). Communal shower and toilet area within the bunkhouse complex.
• Hostel single room: Private room with communal shower and toilet area within the bunk house complex.
• Cabin twin/double: Your own private cabin with private bathroom facilities. Cabins are either one bedroom with double bed or two bedroom with double bed in main bedroom and two sets of double bunks in the second bedroom.
• Cabin single: Your own private cabin with private bathroom facilities.

Booking terms and conditions

To secure your booking a $200 deposit is required. Full program payment is required 30 days prior to the program date.                           

In the event of a cancellation by the traveller:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before start date, 15% of the program cost will be forfeited
• Cancellation 30 and 14 days before start date, 30% of the program cost will be forfeited
• Cancellation less than 14 days before start date, 100% of the program cost will be forfeited
  There is no refund after starting the program
• This program operates with a minimum of 4 people and maximum of 8 people
• We reserve the right to cancel departure dates should booking numbers fall below required minimum numbers.  A full refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation due to minimum program numbers not being reached.
