Minimum and Maximum Numbers     

  • This program operates with a minimum of 4 passengers
  • This program operates with a maximum of 13 passengers

 

Booking terms and conditions

To secure your booking a $200 deposit is required. Full program payment is required 30 days prior to the program date.                           

In the event of a cancellation:

  • The minimum cancellation fee is a $200 per person administration fee
  • Cancellations made 14 - 7 days prior to the program departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the program departure date will incur a 100% cancellation fee
  • This program operates with a minimum of 4 people and maximum of 8 people
  • We reserve the right to cancel departure dates should booking numbers fall below required minimum numbers.  A full refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation due to minimum program numbers not being reached.
